Amazing service! Booked Party Sprinters a week before my kids prom. Communication was prompt by text and phone call. The chauffeur checked in early morning the day of prom and showed up 15 mins. early. Nice bus. He texted me as soon as kids were dropped off at prom. Oh bus was stocked with soda and water. Amazing experience. Rented for my daughters 18th Birthday and Carlos (the driver) was beyond amazing. Professional and very responsible and took great care of them as well as kept us updated through the night. Would never choose any other place. NO SHOW!!! This place is a SCAM!!! Very unprofessional. This had been the worst experience I’ve had with limo rentals. They took my deposit and was very responsive till the day before when they confirm. Then they did not show up at all. No answer at all on the main phone or the driver. This is unbelievable. I hired this company for a last minute corporate need. Jay was quick to respond and assured me that he could accommodate my last minute request for a 12 to 14 passenger Mercedes sprinter van. The price was competitive based on a few other phone calls that I made. Carlos, our driver, was absolutely spectacular!
